My Story
I spent 16+ years building marketing businesses - learning the funnels, managing the ad spend, scaling the revenue. I got really good at it. And I also watched it cost me everything that mattered.
There was a night I'll never forget. I woke up in a panic mid-dream about a client's campaign. Not worried. Not thinking through strategy. Literally jolted awake because my subconscious was still working someone else's problem. That's when I realized: my business wasn't wrong. But it was no longer right for me.
I started looking at what I'd actually built, and the truth was uncomfortable. The business required me to be available constantly. It required me to be the engine, the strategist, the closer. It required me to perform 24/7 to keep everything moving. And somewhere in there, I'd stopped being a person and started being a machine that made money.
So I changed it. I restructured everything - the offers, the model, the way I worked - in a few weeks. And for the first time in years, I could be present with my family. I could think about something other than the next launch. I could actually live in the business I built instead of being consumed by it.
That experience changed what I do now. It became the entire foundation of The Cozy Millionaire.
My Method
